Repair Price guide

We work the price of laptop repairs at a fixed rate, based on the type of cpu in the laptop, this generally gives the complexity of the laptop board, and the expense of the parts, it is always cheaper to go on our fixed price repair scheme than to buy a new board, new boards, normally start around £300+vat

For certified trade clients from computer shops and distributors only we give a 15% trade discount on repairs only, you must have a computer shop with a vat number and printed letterheads, not of of a computer printer.

For UK customers we can arrange for the unit to be picked up.

Normal turnaround 5-7 working days. (95% 0f all work is ready in 7 working days)

Vat to add at 17.5% in the uk or any EU country non EU countries local taxes may apply.

Warranty is 6 months on the repair/Fix only.

If the unit cannot be repaired, or if you reject any additional quote we would make no charge, except the carriage charge for return if you want the dead unit back.

I am a reseller; do I get any special discounts? : Absolutely. We normally require you to process 5 repairs before we accept you as a reseller, however our sales team will be happy to give you trade discount on your first order if you have a computer shop with over 10 employees, and you are vat registered and have a website for us to check.

Trade discounts apply to repairs only, parts, have trade/bulk discounts on the website, you only get these discounts if you are buying the volume quantities shown.
