All repairs carried out in our own extensive workshops. 2-3 working days turnaround on most repairs. (Timing subject to workloads, & staff holidays)

Same day Laptop repair, LCD repair & data recovery  is available for urgent repairs & data recovery needs, at a small premium.

Data Recovery

Low cost data recovery service £75.00 for first 1.2 gig of data £25.00 for each 650mb thereafter
 

LCD repairs

Backlights, available for most brands (no warranty on backlights, where customers fit them themselves) tab bonding facilities are available in-house.

BGA rework & component replacement are a specialty. 95% yield on laptop repairs at our fixed price rate.

Password Removals

Password removals a specialty, IF WE CANNOT REMOVE IT NO ONE CAN. SAME DAY SERVICE AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED. Toshiba £50 all other brands £95.00 Rates reduced on batches of 10 machines or more. We can now do password removals on the IBM 600e T20 etc. All the IBM laptops even the ones just being released. We are the only company in Europe that can do these machines. On IBM machines, we can supply the original supervisor password, instead of the password removal, this will allow you to keep the original information on the HDD, and reuse the drive if this is preferable to actually removing the password.
