Introduction

Laptop Solutions. memory comes in TS4MZA486 and TS8MZA486 with 4MB and 8MB, respectively, for Zenith Z-Note 425Lnp, 425Lnc, and 425Ln computers.

Installation Procedures

• Turn the computer off, remove the battery pack, and disconnect all the external cables from the computer.
  
• Remove the access panel located above right hand corner of the keyboard by sliding it outward.
  
• Select the memory expansion socket according to the following table

.

Install the memory module in desired configuration. Make sure the modules are seated firmly into the socket.

 

• Insert the screw supplied with the memory module.
  
• Reassemble the unit by reversing steps 1 to 2.
  

Memory Board Testing

Turn on the computer and run the setup program to reconfigure the system for the additional memory. The current memory size will be displayed.
